Therapists
We consult with you to support your clients
You dedicate yourself to guiding others through life’s challenges, offering support and solutions to those in need. But even the most compassionate professionals can face their own stress, burnout, or difficult client dynamics.

Support for the Supporter
After your introductory call, we can begin with a confidential 45-minute consultation where we focus solely on you. Whether you’re managing the emotional complexities of helping clients through wedding stress, feeling overwhelmed by your caseload, or struggling with maintaining boundaries, this session gives you the opportunity to decompress and reflect on your own needs. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be heard and supported.
Creating a Self-Care Strategy
We can help you identify the significance of the particular stressors, and provide concrete tools for navigating the complexities of modern wedding planning and family blending. Whether it’s finding ways to recharge after emotionally demanding sessions, setting healthier boundaries, or incorporating mindfulness practices into your routine, we’ll help you develop a strategy that enhances your well-being while supporting your professional responsibilities. Our approach is both practical and thoughtful, designed to make sure you’re as cared for as the clients you serve.
Managing Client Complexities
We can help provide a realistic lens to the modern wedding industry landscape and wedding stressors that can thwart/derail therapeutic progress and/or trigger old wounds, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics. We’ll help you navigate difficult family dynamics, intense emotions, and the pressures that come with managing multiple stakeholders in your clients’ lives.
Additionally, we have expertise related to intercultural weddings and relationships and support the development of approaches that are culturally competent and client centered.
Nurturing Professional Growth
For the therapist who is interested in pursuing wedding stress as a specialty, I take on a limited amount of mentorship relationships per year. If you are interested in learning more about wedding therapy as a specialty from me (the founder of Aisle Talk, not to toot my own horn!) please reach out with more about your interests, goals and to learn more about the work we do.
If you are a new therapist beginning your career after school, I know starting your private practice or growing from solo practice to group practice can be lonely and challenging! We can provide ongoing clinical supervision and business mentorship, as well as help in managing burnout.
